We provide high quality home medical equipment and supplies throughout Central WA.

We instruct each patient/client and/or caregiver in the correct operation of the equipment and service provided. We follow this up a fully staffed after-hours phone support based in Yakima, not just some call center.

We can inform you about insurance. We currently bill over 240 different insurances from Medicare to all Medicaid Plans (DSHS) as well as are preferred through both Regence and Premera. With the affordable healthcare act, insurance requirements change almost daily. Call before so you know what is required to get your medical supplies covered.

We accept most major credit cards, checks and cash payments.

We offer a free two week rental on many of our most popular products (bed canes, safety poles, and more). We also rent heavy-duty, standard and transport wheelchairs,  Hoyer lifts, Power chair rental, Oxygen supplies, Scooter rental, Semi-electric bed.

Our commitment to your satisfaction includes delivery and installation of medical supplies in the Yakima Valley. Our staff will also provide training and instruction to ensure you get the most benefit from your medical supplies. We are now offering daily medical supply and oxygen deliveries to Ellensburg and Kittitas County.  We have always served Kittitas Valley but we have previously done so every-other week.

A written prescription from your physician is required for certain medical equipment and supplies, including oxygen services, nebulizers and medications, and sleep apnea therapy (CPAP/Bi-Pap). This helps to ensure that you receive the product(s) best suited to your needs and also allows us to bill your insurance company for the service(s) provided, when applicable. Yes, handicapped parking is available near our store entrance, which is equipped with a cement ramp up to the main entrance.

Our billing staff is trained to examine your insurance policy and calculate what you owe based on your deductible and co-pay requirements. We will do our best to let you know up front what you will owe. Nothing is final until your claim is actually paid by your insurance company.

You should fully charge your batteries after each use in order to get the maximum life out of your batteries. You should also not allow the batteries to sit for an extended length of time after discharge.
